What’s included in our 10 lb Beck’s Selection Box?
30% of your box: Filet Mignon, New York, Ribeye, or Top Sirloin Steak
40% of your box: Short Rib, Flank Steak, Chuck Steak, Skirt Steak, and/or Carne Asada
30% of your box: Ground Beef

SHIPPING
We currently ship to the following states: CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, UT, and AZ. Orders ship Monday - Thursday. Orders placed Thursday - Sunday will ship out the coming Monday. Boxes are delivered either overnight or 2-day. Beef is delivered with individual cuts vacuum sealed and frozen, packed in 10 pounds of dry-ice inside a recyclable, eco-cooler packaging.

Product is delivered frozen and packed in dry-ice. Forest Lake Farms beef will keep in a deep freezer for 1 year with no change in quality.
